HOW DO I GET MY 15% DISCOUNT ON MY FIRST PURCHASE?

Please sign up to our newsletter.  You will receive an email with the 15% discount coupon code to be applied at checkout. Please note the discount is valid for full priced items only.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE

If your order qualifies for free shipping in Ireland or United Kingdom, it will be delivered via An Post or Royal Mail standard post.  Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 2-3 days.  For more information about shipping, including postage fees & international deliveries, please view our Shipping Information page.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You definitely can track your order.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email from An Post or Royal Mail with information regarding your parcel, including tracking ID number.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Firstly, check your email address is entered correctly, this can be done by checking your order history in the My Details section on the site. Secondly ensure you check junk/ spam folders and, if found here, add Brasilfit to the safe senders list.  If you're still having troubles, contact our Customer Service team.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

We know that sometimes sizing or styling can be tricky so we are happy for you to return your online purchase.  Simply return the item within 28 days from date of invoice and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund.  Please leave all tickets and tags.  Simply complete the enclosed returns form and return with your item(s) and tax invoice to:  Brasilfit, 25 Lower Darkley Road, Keady, Co. Armagh, BT60 2RZ, Northern Ireland

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works: Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days.  For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A STYLE I HAVE ORDERED IS SOLD OUT?

We always make our best efforts to ensure all stock levels are 100% accurate, however if an item is sold out we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a refund or offer an exchange on the item for an equal amount. 

A STYLE/COLOUR/SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

A lot of our prints are limited edition by design. Get in touch with us and we will do our best to get you your preferred item. To be the first in the know about new stock deliveries & product launches sign up to our newsletter.

WHY DID I RECEIVE A CREDIT VOUCHER AND NOT A REFUND?

Credit vouchers are issued when the item that has been returned was purchased on sale.  All full priced items can be exchanged or refunded.  More details on Brasilfit exchange, refunds & credit notes.

HOW DO I JOIN THE BRASILFIT VIP CLUB?

If you haven’t joined our Brasilfit VIP club as yet, register your details or select the option to join on checkout when finalising your purchase. 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Simply log in to your account and click the My Details link at the top right corner of the Home Page.  Once details have been changed click the submit button to update.  

 

SECURITY
HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING ON YOUR SITE?

gingerlane uses SSL protocol to ensure your online purchases are 100% secure.  The SSL certificate encrypts personal information whilst it is being transmitted through the internet to ensure your details are kept secure. When shopping on the Brasilfit site you will notice a padlock icon will appear when you click through to the checkout pages in the address bar of your internet browser to show that the connection is secure.

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

No, we do not store your credit card details.
